Delete Branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
We are aware of an incident involving 4* servers in Iomart - Maidenhead going offline. Affected customers have been contacted and we are liaising with Iomart to find the cause and a resolution.
Issue confirmed with connectivity. All servers are powered on and accessible via OOB paths.
Upstream BGP peer currently offline. Investigating further.
Servers unable to ping any upstream IP address (2* HSRP routers, 1* HSRP VIP). Working assumption is that the TOR switch uplink is affected.
3 of the 4 servers have restored connectivity. Remaining server is in the process of rebooting
4th server has completed the reboot, and is back online.
Service has been confirmed as restored. Further investigation into the cause is still ongoing.
A number of connections routed via these 4 servers are still showing as offline or intermittent. These are being investigated by the service desk, and an engineer will be in touch with customers to discuss the remaining issue and next steps.
