There is a known issue with Gosport X11 affecting our tunnels establishing. This is being investigated. The only impact at this time is reduced resiliency for all customers routed via this server. Any customers that have further issues will be contacted directly if required.

After further investigation we are looking into an anomaly with FRR (open source routing engine in use in our network fabric) where certain prefix lists and route maps are being removed when certain routes are added.

This appears to be related to route-leaking between 2 VRFs on different ASNs.

We are continuing to investigate how widespread this issue is. Workarounds are in place, and we may, as a result, avoid certain configuration behaviours as part of future standards.
