We are aware of an issue with Gosport X11 resulting in the server being offline. This is being investigated. Affected customers will be contacted shortly.

Issue confirmed as server kernel panic. Remote access established via OOB network. Server will be brought back in to service in a controlled manner.

Server is being cold booted to resolve the kernel panic. Pending firmware upgrades are automatically starting as a result. Server will be back in service shortly.

Server has been stable, no customer issues, since the reboot. Logging the kernel panic with the development team to find the root cause.
