We are aware of an issue with Gosport X6, where customers are reporting jitter and packet loss on their connections.
CPU temperature of this server is hitting the "high" threshold. CPU usage is hitting 100% with low traffic levels. This seems to be some sort of thermal throttle. CPU thermal paste is going to be re-applied, and we will see if that improves the situation.
Gosport X6 was re-pasted yesterday afternoon. The server is still out of service, pending other maintenance work that was due to be scheduled. Once this has been completed, an out of hours window will be scheduled to bring it back into service.
NFR was brought back into service 9 December 2024.
